This job is posted as REMOTE (EST/CST), but also designated as HYBRID, with up to four days per week onsite may be required for candidates within commuting distance from our Dearborn, MI., offices.  

We’re hiring a passionate, proven UX leader to drive the next generation of Ford.com experiences (web + mobile). As a UX Manager, you will set direction AND design. You’ll mentor and grow a high‑performing team while personally delivering key flows, prototypes, and design artifacts. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Brand to ship experiences that meet business goals, elevate our design quality, and deepen customer relationships.

You will: understand customer behavior, shape concepts for new products and features, and ensure decisions are grounded in data and research. You’ll also help evolve our design system, tooling, and ways of working.
