How will you make an impact in this role?

The candidate will need to be organized to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing effectively. It is essential that the candidate is a teammate able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal groups, as well as have the ability to drive projects independently.

Play a pivotal role in updating and improving on-site content as well as analyzing data and defining test and learn roadmaps to improve conversion; Support the testing and coordination of each capability release, partnering with multiple internal and external collaborators; Work closely with the entire Digital Team to support cross-functional projects and monitor acquisition metrics providing business insight and make data-driven recommendations on upcoming activities or opportunities; Ensure outstanding governance of all digital acquisition processes by constantly collaborating with all the relevant functions.

Proven experience in digital projects management and usage of digital channels/platforms to drive direct digital conversions. Proficient in Italian and in English (written and verbal). Have a “can do” attitude towards problem solving and demonstrated ability to work well with new challenges and opportunities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Analytical skills, with ability to identify key success drivers for campaigns, tests, etc.; Creative problem-solving, and ability to identify and drive customized solutions; Understanding of agile development model and/or digital testing framework; Coordinate with diverse internal teams the fulfillment of processes (Sales, Compliance, Legal, among others); Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Preferred Qualifications

University degree (master desirable); Self-motivated, with written & verbal communication skills; Excellent problem solving and influencing skills; Strong who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities; Customer focused with the ability to build effective internal and external business partnerships; Good knowledge or previous experience with html, CSS and analytics (Google analytics e Adobe Analytics). Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Italy is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
