As the UX Copywriter, you’ll craft copy that leads with value, avoids complexity, and uses our voice to support the message (not distract from it). You’ll put Marcel in the context of our people’s day-to-day to drive engagement and help every interaction feel personal and rewarding. **Responsibilities** + Craft concise, value-driven copy + Create and refine UX copy, including interface text; microcopy; error messaging; and notifications to enhance user experience and drive engagement + Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure copy aligns with user needs and business goals + Develop copy strategies that effectively communicate complex concepts in a straightforward and user-friendly manner + Iterate on copy according to user feedback + Maintain and contribute to a cohesive brand voice and tone across the platform + Ensure consistency and clarity in language across different components of the platform + Advocate for user-centric design and content decisions in cross-functional team discussions + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of UX writing + Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies e.g., Janus, GSO and IT policies, etc. + Take ownership of all assigned tasks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high attention to detail + Be an active participant, not a bystander—engage with team members, identify areas for improvement, and take initiative to solve problems + Prioritize user experience in all projects by collectively engaging in feedback loops and opportunities to improve our approach + Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and embrace ambiguity **Qualifications** **Must have skills:** + 5+ years as a UX Writer or similar role in an agency or in-house setting (preferably in a tech or digital product environment), and a portfolio that reflects + Highly proficient in English, with exceptional US-based grammar and copywriting skills + Proven ability to write across product experiences, based on deep understanding of the user journey, friction points, and desired action/outcome + Strong bias for action in a fast-paced environment with an ability to quickly pivot based on feedback, and/or changing business priorities + Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience **Good to have skills:** + Experience creating/owning copy guidelines for scale + Familiarity with Figma + Experience writing for a global audience **Attributes/behaviours:** + **Empathy for Users:** Understands and prioritize the needs and emotions of the user, enabling intuitive and accessible copy + **Empathy for Team Members:** Understands team dynamics and is sensitive to the needs and workloads of others, offering support when necessary + **Proactive Problem Solver** : Thrives in ambiguity, ask questions, remove blockers, and find solutions independently + **Detail-Oriented** : Maintains high standards for quality and accuracy in all aspects of project execution **Additional information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
