Provide high-quality and accurate resolutions to customers under stipulated policies and procedures, by answering general inquiries and offering solutions with the given tools via the phone, email, or chat. To make sure that objectives set by the client are met successfully.
Primary Job Requirements Fluent in verbal and written English, High Proficiency level. (85 %) (must) Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy or UX writing with a demonstrable track record of creating engaging digital content. (must) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, UX, Marketing, or a related field. (must) A Master’s degree or specialized certifications in UX or content strategy (desired) Experience working with AI-driven tools and data analytics to inform content decisions. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI/Data Studio), and AI tools used in content personalization and performance analysis. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our UX goals and business objectives, incorporating AI-driven insights to inform content decisions.AI Integration & Data Analysis:
Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate advanced analytics and machine learning insights into content creation, optimization, and personalization efforts.UX Writing & Messaging:
Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for various digital platforms including websites, applications, and other user interfaces, ensuring consistency in tone and brand voice.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, AM, and operations teams to create content that enhances overall user experience and supports product goals.User Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct user research, content audits, and competitive analyses. Leverage AI-powered tools to gain insights into user behavior and content performance, using findings to refine strategies.Content Optimization:
Utilize data-driven insights and AI tools to continuously test, analyze, and optimize content for performance, accessibility, and engagement.Guidelines & Documentation:
Develop and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure a unified and scalable content strategy across all digital touchpoints.Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring content initiatives align with strategic objectives and are delivered on schedule.
