The Utilization Coordinator(Homecare) responsibilities include: 

Coordinates utilization appropriateness and admission documentation completeness. 

Communicates to and educates staff regarding utilization and paperwork issues. 

One UR will be responsible for a minimum of 100 Medicare Admissions per month. 

  Position details: 

Location: Hybrid - Largo, FL 

Status: PRN, As Needed 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  

Weekend requirement: Occasional 

On Call: No 

Certifications and Licensures: 

Required RN License – Florida 

Preferred Case Management Certification  

Education: 

Required associate’s degree in nursing or nursing diploma 

Experience: 

Required - One Year Case Management 

Required - One Year Homecare
