To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:Ability to trainGood organizational skillsWillingness to assume and learn new responsibilitiesExcellent communication skillsProven housekeeping and sanitation skills (MSS)Detail cleaning skillsWillingness to work overtime, when necessaryAbility to work as a teamMust be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: able to lift up to 50 lbs, must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs, stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time, squat/kneel, climb stairs/ladders, operate vibrating equipment/power tools/assistive transfer devices, work in a variety of environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)Job Responsibilities:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury cultureFull compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADMTakes sample products from trucks and seals such, following completion of lab analysis and loading to ensure correct content, volume and weightsProperly records, closes, tightens and seals trucks after loading and inspectionOperates valves, filler pipes and transfers products from holding facilities to transportation equipmentInspects interior of trucks for cleanliness and exterior for leaks or damageMonitors and processes carefully, to ensure the efficient transfer of product to transportation vehiclesVerifies truck numbers with loading instructions to ensure accurate placement of cars by crewFills out Inspection Reports after checking trucksCleans up spills in areaPrepares and presents bill of lading to the drivers of the loaded trucksWorks in teams to coordinate tasks to efficiently and accurately load products into trucksOperates skid loaders, forklift trucks and related equipmentMaintains work area in a neat and orderly manner at all timesPerforms routine maintenance of department equipment such as greasing hanger bearings, washing screens, pulling covers, working on baghouses and unplugging conveyor pressesTroubleshoots work-related problems, by talking to co-workers and Supervisors about problems and giving potential solutionsCleans the department regularly, sweeping lost product from floors, dusting the office and controls areaFamiliarizes themselves with the hazards in their work area and how to protect themselvesAny other duties assigned by Lead Person or Supervisor
