Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a UTILITY SYSTEM REPAIR OPERATOR SUPERVISOR I in the G-F Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER. Responsibilities You will manage an aligned, engaged, high-performing team, and lead by example; developing and execute a mission aligned vision. You will supervise planning, organization, and distribution of work in connection with scheduled projects. You will participate in weekly scheduling meeting for the planning of current and future work schedules to include staffing, material, and equipment needs. You will oversee maintenance/repair of MCB Camp Butler utilities systems and pools real property to include life, health, safety etc. You will Plans, coordinate, and submits annual training requirements to Facilities Manager highlighting mandatory training to include funding estimates for such training.
