This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of work as needed when there are open positions within the facility due to absenteeism, vacation, tm's needing to use the rest room, etc.  Other responsibilities include communicating with management and co-workers and processing paperwork necessary to position.  This position will be exposed to a cold work environment with temperatures ranging from -10 to 55 degrees in the production area to an environment that is tied to what the weather outside is (rain, heat, cold, insects) , wet conditions, slippery floors in some areas, concrete floors and noise levels that are loud enough to require hearing protection.  Must be willing to lift, push, pull up to 95 lbs and stand for up to 8 to 12 hours.  Must be willing to operate equipment necessary to all positions in the production area (forklift, votator, box fill, box machine, raker, floor support, data collector, high pressure wand, etc).

Must be able to drive the forklift with in 4 weeks in the plant in all areas.

Must be willing to learn shipping process of short weights computer work and talking on a radio to truck drivers when filling in.

Must be willing to learn EIM, computer, inventory.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

MUST HAVE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE WITH 6 MONTHS OF CONTINOUS WORK HISTORY IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. Must have a minimum of 3 months experience operating machinery in a processing/factory environment.

Start Pay 17.75  plus $2.00 shift premium

Must be willing to take and pass forklift operation certification and Lock out tag out.

Hours of work:  Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays 3:30pm to 3:00 AM
