Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Resident Project Representative (RPR) to oversee municipal water and wastewater construction projects across Indiana. This is a hands-off, field-based inspection role focused on visual oversight, documentation, and coordination with contractors and project managers.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site observations to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.Maintain detailed daily reports, logbooks, and updated drawings.Review contractor submittals including schedules, shop drawings, and payment applications.Attend preconstruction, progress, and job site meetings.Ensure site safety compliance and serve as liaison between contractor and engineering team.Perform visual inspections and testing oversight (e.g., pressure, air, hydrostatic, leak, disinfection, vacuum, mandrel).Project Types:

2+ years of construction inspection or RPR experience in water/wastewater projects.Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction plans/specs.Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with inspection software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.Professional communication and appearance.Perks & Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $37.72/hr.
