Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II, Shipping Clerk in Packaging department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities:  Duties include but are not limited to:Assist Leadperson in all duties assigned.Must have good math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilitiesGood customer serviceComplete bill of ladingsScan pallet tagsMonthly inventoryGood attendanceNot afraid of heightsCan work overtime each dayAll other duties assigned by managementEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationMust speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual is a plus. Physical Requirements:Walking and/or standing for extended periods of timeWorking in environments at varying temperatures and noise levelsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
