Located in Eryuan County in Yunnan , the Diageo Eryuan Malt Whisky Distillery will produce Diageo’s first China-origin, premium malt whisky. At more than 2,100m above sea level, the 66,000 square meter distillery will also feature an immersive and interactive visitor experience center that will attract whisky enthusiasts and boost the local cultural tourism industry. Construction begins in 2022 with the intend to start the operations of the Distillery in late 2023 and to start the operations of the visitor experience center in 2024.

帝亚吉欧洱源麦芽威士忌酒厂位于云南省大理市洱源县，将生产帝亚吉欧首款产自中国的优质单一麦芽威士忌。酒厂的海拔超过 2100米，占地面积6.6万平方米。酒厂还将设有一个沉浸互动式的游客体验中心，吸引威士忌爱好者参观，同时促进当地文化旅游业的发展。酒厂于2022年开工建设、2023年底开始运营，游客体验中心于2024年开始运营。

Purpose of the role/任务与目的：

Be in charge of site utility operation and maintenance, including Electrical Boiler& Steam condensate recovery system, Water recovery plant, Electricity Room, Compressed air station, HVAC, Cooling tower and chiller, Spring water pump station and distribution system, etc.负责工厂公用设施的运维。包括：高压电锅炉及其蒸汽冷凝水回收系统，污水回用站，高低压配电房，空气压缩机，空调系统，冷冻水和冷却水系统，泉水泵站及输送系统等。Compliant with national regulations and corporate disciplines. Build an iconic world class whiskey distillery utility with carbon neutrality.在公用设施区域进行的操作，维修维护等作业，须遵守国家法规，遵守公司内部规章。区域执行无伤害安全作业标准；碳中和环保标准。打造标志性世界级威士忌酒厂公用工程设施。Support site and site engineering team e.g. backup of Maintenance engineer, Engineering manager.支持工厂与工厂工程团队。例如：作为维修维护工程师的备份，作为工程经理的备份。

Key Accountabilities/ 主要工作：

Be responsible for field safety. Deploy and implement utility area’s SBO and defects rectification.对所管辖公用设施区域安全负责，积极开展区域安全隐患排查与治理。Ensure the high-quality supply of spring water, tap water, steam, electricity, compressed air, cooling water, HVAC, etc.保证厂区及游客中心的泉水，自来水，电能，蒸汽，压缩空气，冰水，空调等的正常供应。Ensure the normal operation of water recovery plant to achieve carbon neutrality.确保污水回用站（生化）的正常运行。达到零排放标准。Take responsibility of site water and energy consumption and strive sustainability of carbon neutrality.对水消耗量，能源消耗量负责。持续改善，提高水及能源利用率。Establish equipment ledger and classify equipment criticality. Define correct maintenance strategy for every single equipment and execute accordingly. Ensure the maintenance effectiveness and quality.建立健全公用设施设备台账，对各设备设施制定适用的预防性维护策略并切实执行，对公用工程实现有效维修维护。保证维修维护质量。Establish operation procedures and execute accordingly and train others if needed.建立公用设施操作规程，并切实按章操作。如有需要，需培训他人。Nurture high standard of field 5S.高标准维持现场5S。Maintain SAP master data.维护SAP主数据。Other related tasks assigned.完成上级交办的其他任务。

Requirements/要求：

Hold high voltage certification and low voltage certification.持高压电工特种作业操作证，且持低压电工特种作业操作证。Hold boiler stoker license (level 2) and boiler water treatment certification (level 2).持二级锅炉司炉证，二级锅炉水处理证。Ideally educated to degree level. Electrical engineering， HVAC engineering background related etc. 2-3 years related job experience above.电气、暖通等相关专业理论背景，具有2-3年以上本相似岗位实践经验。Good craft skills and put customer service first.动手能力与技巧、服务意识强。English can be used as working language.英语可以作为工作语言。
