This opportunity entails working with roadway and bridge engineers to coordinate the relocation of utilities in advance of construction projects. Coordinates with internal project team, client, and utility companies.

What You’ll Do:

Under supervision, performs technical discipline tasks including research, design reviews and specification preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.May plot existing utilities in 2D and 3D in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and similar platforms.Assists in ongoing communication with utility owners, project owners and/or clients to address conflicts, as applicable.Prepare meeting materials including but not limited to agendas, attendance sheets, meeting minutes, and exhibits for project coordination meetings.Track and file utility coordination correspondence, utility historical information, resolution meeting documentation and project action items.Maintains the conflict quality matrix.Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

Associates degree in relevant field, orIn lieu of degree, 2 years of relevant experience

What You’ll Bring:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Demonstrates foundational knowledge related to utility coordination.CommunicationDetail OrientedAction Oriented
