Overview We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual to join our Account Services team in the position of Assistant Account Executive (AAE). The individual will assist with the coordination, executive and communication of advertising activities for the Western Region and Cadillac Local Marketing Associations (LMAs). Responsibilities Support the Account team in managing regional clients and multiple LMA groups Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Sups for implementation of advertising programs (including model selections, incentive selections, creative rotations, etc) Order and traffic creative Follow-through on details of activities with internal departments including account service, creative, legal, traffic and production, media planning, media buying and external events/sponsorship Attend status meetings and producing status reports High-volume of report production and tracking, such as 12-month forecasting and client-specific reporting Secure production estimates as needed Reconcile LMA invoice billing Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers Maintain LMA contact information and mailings Facilitate meeting setup Communicate regularly with Regional Account Director, Account Supervisors and key dealers within the market to obtain both direction and offer strategic insight Identify National efforts and demonstrates them in the local market to improve impact Track Regional incentive changes and LMA specific incentives Handle any questions regarding creative issues Managing the compilation of LMA client information s and distributions Assist with special projects as needed Qualifications Education: 4-year college degree in marketing, advertising, management or related field Required Skills and Experience: Prefer 1 year of experience as an Account Coordinator, Assistant Acct Executive, Project Manager or related role in an advertising or marketing agency Outstanding skills in organization, multi-tasking, and problem solving Computer skills: in-depth working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word required Detail oriented is a MUST in this role Training in print and/or broadcast production and media is ideal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency Leadership skills Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization Additional information Compensation Range: $39, 710 - $55,110 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
