The opportunity:
As a User Success Specialist within the Knowledge Strategy & Language Operations Subchapter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient use of KLE tools and processes by our internal users. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level support for all content creation and management as well as knowledge management tools used within KLE, thereby enabling Technical Writers, Content Managers, and Service Specialists to excel in their roles. You will be a key player in fostering a culture of customer-centricity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Deliver first-level support for content creation and knowledge management tools, including technical authoring software, service content databases, and AI-powered applications.
Design and deliver engaging training modules via platforms like Cornerstone, as well as in-person and virtual sessions.
Collaborate with Product Owners to stay informed on tool updates and ensure training materials remain accurate and up-to-date.
Generate and share actionable insights from support data to enhance user experience and tool effectiveness.
Empower internal users by providing guidance on authoring tools, content platforms, and AI-generated knowledge applications.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Technical Documentation, or a related business field.
Experience in supporting IT tools, documentation systems, and support ticket platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Familiarity with content and knowledge management platforms and digital publishing ecosystems.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a focus on user enablement and continuous improvement.
Proficient in english (spoken and written)
