**Job Summary**
The User Experience Analyst Sr. plays a critical role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced data analytical solutions focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient care, and/or optimizing resource allocation. The role requires a high degree of proficiency in data processing, analytical techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The User Experience Analyst Sr. will work independently on complex projects and mentor junior analysts.

**Essential Functions**
+ Responsible for creating and maintaining interactive and visually engaging dashboards and reports that support decision making across various departments
+ Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and effective analytics dashboards and visualizations across multiple platforms.
+ Collaborate with Ecosystem team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
+ Maintain the overall analytics platform including administrative settings; and ensure all analytics are optimized.
+ Provide improvement in analytics tools to ensure optimal load times and aggregation to improve performance.
+ Optimize and improve existing dashboards to enhance performance, usability and visual appeal.
+ Have a strong understanding of data visualization best practices, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
+ Ensure consistency of visual standards and design across platforms.
+ Present findings and insight to the team in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
+ Work with other analysts on query design to optimize visualization.
+ Extracts, cleanses, and transforms clinical, operational and/or financial healthcare data from various internal and external sources(e.g., ERH, claims, patient portals) using SQL, Python and other relevant data tools and strategies.
+ Contributes to the design, development and maintenance of data warehouses and other repositories.
+ Manages multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.
+ Creates compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
+ Effectively communicates complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, and written communication.
+ Performs rigorous analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
+ Designs, builds, and maintains complex data models and algorithms to address key business questions.
+ Provides guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering their professional development.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical area, Public Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems from an accredited college or university required
+ 4-6 years experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, program management or relevant support services required
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Proficiency working in dashboarding tools, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
+ Experience with a multi-platform environment, familiarity databases and data frameworks, and proficiency with SQL or data querying languages
+ 3-5 years’ experience in data dashboard visualization with analytics tools
+ Experience in Google Looker or Oracle FDI Tools
+ Knowledge and clinical aptitude for proper and potential use of health services.
+ Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, administration, fiscal and health systems management.
+ Ability to communicate across diverse constituents; medical staff, office staff, technology specialists and government organizations.
+ Expanded knowledge and understanding of SQL and/or Python data programming and analytical tools (i.e. R, SAS, SPSS, STATA).
+ Ability to provide leadership with key issues, develop solutions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
+ Ability to resolve conflicts and/or negotiate with others to achieve positive results; establish and maintain effective interpersonal relations.
