The Wealth Management Platforms organization manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor, Workplace and Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly.
Position Summary:
The Wealth Management Platforms Head of User Acceptance Testing will be responsible for building up and managing a large team (50+) UAT testers and Test Leads across our different Platforms Areas. The team will functionally own and execute UAT for global WM platforms from India. These Platform areas drive the completion of senior leadership’s vision of platforms used by our financial advisors, branch managers, support professionals and clients.
The Head of UAT, India is accountable for testing of a $500M+ portfolio of strategic, tactical, and risk development work. They will serve as an escalation point to both the team and US-based Platforms partners. The Head of UAT India will manage fungibility within the testing team and manage shifts and knowledge transfer based on shifting priorities and be responsible for creating a culture of excellence and growth. A key responsibilities includes establishing consistent practices and definitions across groups for testing & test documentation. The role encompasses Strategy & Planning, Execution & Coordination, Stakeholder communication, Sign-offs & Risk Management. The role reports into Head of WM Platforms, India.
Key Responsibilities:
UAT Strategy, Planning & ExecutionWork with leads in respective silos to establish UAT strategy and success criteriaEstablish consistent practices and definitions across groups for testing & test documentation.Fleet Planning and Testing EngagementParticipate in fleet ceremonies, having a deep understanding of fleet strategy, objectives, and outcomesServe as an escalation-point to US-based Platforms partnersPartner with Technology QA Testing Leadership to ensure effective and efficient Division of Labor between the two organizations, advocate for team needsIdentify and drive process improvements, enhancements, and efficienciesAccountable to the team’s successful creation and oversight of UAT test plans, end to end test planning, and production checkoutEstablish culture of excellence, goal for ZERO production defectsRisk ManagementWork with leads in each silos to

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience requiredMinimum 15+ years of relevant QA/UAT experience with 5+ years of people management experience, including senior team membersMinimum 10+ years’ experience in financial services / program managementPartnering with various internal groups and stakeholders across different regionsSkills Required:
Strong experience in UAT and software testing methodologies. Understanding of Business processesStrong knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies, delivery practices and reportingExpertise in Test Management Tools (JIRA, HP ALM etc).
