**Responsibilities**
+ Manage all aspects of data and project management concerning Usage Rights.
+ Running projects using dedicated project management tools (JIRA, Teams, Smartsheet)
+ Project tracking based on customized dashboards
+ Introducing solutions optimizing defined ways of working to ensure the best-in-class approach
+ Risk management and efficient trouble shooting
+ Demonstrate a good understanding of creative campaigns and usage rights, coupled with strong client relationship skills.
+ Ensure that the Usage Rights platforms/tools are up to date and properly completed.
+ Create new campaign Usage Rights in the platforms/tools and collect data from Business Affairs, including agencies, transcreation agencies, and the sound department.
+ Generate alert reports and prepare on-demand reports for clients. Escalate any issues related to Usage Rights compliance.
+ Work on reducing the existing backlog of usage rights-related tasks by identifying priorities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion
+ Check the status of Usage Rights and manage/tracking talent and music rights across various global client brands.
+ Liaise with the Finance Department to check billing and payments.
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in data and project management, especially concerning Usage Rights, Creative Production, Agency environments, or Sourcing.
+ Experience in Intellectual Property & Image Rights being an added advantage.
+ Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
+ Experience in working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Teams, Sharepoint.
+ Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with Enthusiastic and personable team player, capable of collaborating with global colleagues across all levels.
+ Autonomy and independence in decision-making.
+ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
