This role will partner closely with business unit leaders across the organization to develop and execute people and talent strategies that align with team needs and broader business goals.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to associates, providing guidance on change management, professional development, compliance, and associate relations. You’ll also maintain a strong connection with associates across roles, keeping a pulse on potential challenges, team dynamics, morale.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Dallas office, requiring presence five days a week.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.Lead core HR support functions including compliance, associate relations, and career development initiatives.Leverage HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.Drive employee engagement by cultivating a strong employer brand, creating meaningful experiences from associates onboarding through development, and fostering a culture of connection and belonging.Coach and develop associates, cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated success in HR partnership within complex, matrixed organizations.Strong understanding of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.Proven experience in navigating change management and resolving associate relation situations.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and influence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
