**Now Hiring: Packaging Operator (B Shift)** 📍 **Location:** [Insert Company Location] ⏰ **Shift:** B Shift – 12.5 Hours | **2/2/3 Rotation** (Every other weekend off) 🕒 **Hours:** 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 💵 **Pay Rate:** $24.75/hour (includes shift differential) 📌 **Assignment Type:** Temporary **Job Summary:** Join a cutting-edge manufacturing team as a **Packaging Operator** working on fully automated toothpaste packaging lines that run up to 450 tubes per minute. This hands-on role includes operating machinery, maintaining packaging materials, ensuring quality control, and performing basic maintenance—all while keeping safety and compliance top of mind. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate high-speed, automated packaging lines + Handle packaging materials and finished products + Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workspace + Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with preventive maintenance + Conduct inventory of materials and products + Enter transactions into SAP (inventory & production tracking) + Perform and document frequent quality checks + Record batch activity in a computerized system + Support process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and SOPs **Basic Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Ability to work a 12.5-hour night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule + Basic computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Word/Excel, email) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in manufacturing or production environments + Mechanical aptitude or experience with machinery/equipment + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs and standing/walking for long periods + Ability to work overtime as needed + Familiarity with pallet jacks or forklifts + Confident in basic math (percentages, fractions, decimals) + Comfortable working with different measurement systems (lbs, kg) 🔧 **Ready to join a team where quality, safety, and efficiency are top priorities?
