Responsabilities: Ensure proper setup of rates for Autorating/costing and communicate Agents directly.Find opportunities of improvement in Autorating and autocosting to meet & exceed globally defined targets.Ensure Autorating/costing ownership and accountability at station level.Establish a US maintenance process for OFR with collaboration of GSC resources.Ensure continuous improvement Autorating/costing and maintain quality output.Requirements:5+ years’ experience in Ocean Freight ForwardingProof previous experience with rating management and solution designGood knowledge of systems such as CargoSphere, Quoteshop & RFQs (IPT structure, etc.) is a plus.Strong Ocean Freight Operations backgroundAble to work independently, being a self-contributor and a Team playerCollaborative and teamwork style contributing and interacting constantly with the other team membersResult oriented and solution driven with the ability to find innovative/out of the box solutionsBe able to handle heavy workload and be stress resistantStrong Excel SkillsFluent in English and Spanish
