**US HR Prod People Partner**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, US HR Prod People Partner are to:
This role is an integral player in global breeding people strategy, US employee and labor relations consultation and strategy, HR Production People Partner pod strategy and HR Foundations in addition to site specific responsibilities.
The individual in the role will represent Puerto Rico employees and Bayer businesses when partnering with HR Foundations to deliver compliant policies and procedures to fulfill compensation and benefits and lead beyond Puerto Rico in collaborations to develop US and local employee and labor relations strategies and implementation plans.
As a member of the HR Production People pod, the individual will be responsible for responding to requests and, more importantly identifying root causes and co-creating with the business for solutions.
The individual will be a member of the site and global breeding HR teams and responsible for assuring a successful people strategy to address business needs and opportunities.
Site Support and Strategic Partnership
+ Translate the business strategy into talent, culture, change and organizational effectiveness agenda for the site;
+ Design and orchestrate the delivery and agile implementation of integrated people solutions at the site to respond to changing business needs by leveraging the entire HR ecosystem in global breeding and the NA platform;
+ Advise & coach site leaders on talent, leadership , performance culture, organizational (re) design & transformation initiatives to drive top results;
+ Lead strategic workforce planning (as developed with the Global HR BPs) to define the skills, expertise, and behaviors necessary to achieve business success. cross-functionally;
+ Representative at the site act as direct contact for employee representatives for all matters concerning the site including employee relations & legal;
Global Breeding HR Strategic Partner with Global Breeding HRBP and site HRPP
+ Collaborate to deliver people strategy by developing comprehensive acquisition, retention, and upskilling plan to deliver an agile workforce plan;
Puerto Rico Territory HR Strategic Partner
+ Steer transformational HR projects and support local implementation of transformational projects & initiatives in collaboration with HR Foundations, HR Business Partners and/or HR Partners;
NA Region Labor & Employee Relations
+ Collaborate and deliver regional labor and employee relations strategic planning, assessment, and adjustments;

+ Business acumen, especially the demonstrated ability to translate business dynamics to people strategy including strategic workforce planning, strategic talent pipeline development, and change management;
+ Demonstrated knowledge & skills in local labor law and ability to negotiate legal and compliance situations;
+ Significantly demonstrates collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders and across different levels of the organization to deliver;
+ Demonstrated ability to cross-functionally resolve issues and create opportunities in ambiguous situations;
+ Strong outcome/solution orientation; ability to focus on relevant topics which drive value for the organization;
+ Demonstrated balanced approach to resolving employee issues that result in a reasonable outcome for the employee and the organization;
+ Data and technology driven to analyze current situations and future opportunities;
+ Strong communications capabilities including inspirational messaging in Spanish and English (verbal and written);
+ Demonstrated breadth and depth through skills and experience of Talent Acquisition, Development, Retention and Rewards;
+ Demonstrated expertise of change management at all levels of the organization;
