We're looking for **Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders** to efficiently manage product movement for our bulk and route trucks, as well as handle incoming shipments. This demanding position requires precision, stamina, and attention to detail. **What You'll Do:** + **Build Pallets** : Hand-build and accurately prepare product pallets for outgoing trucks. + **Operate Equipment** : Use **forklifts and/or electronic pallet jacks** to build loads and move products. + **Load & Unload Trucks** : Load finished pallets onto transport, bulk, and route trucks. Unload incoming raw materials and returned products/pallets, placing them in designated warehouse areas. + **Maintain Accuracy** : Ensure all loads match order sheets precisely and comply with documentation. + **Physical Demands** : This role involves **repetitive lifting of 20-45 pound cases** throughout your shift.
