Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician to join their team. As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of sophisticated electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Assembly & Test Technician

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with training on 1st Shift for at least 1 month)

What's the Job?

Perform standard assembly and testing processes on a variety of aerospace equipment. Utilize precision tools and measuring equipment for assembly, inspections, and testing. Follow detailed assembly and test instructions, interpreting blueprints and engineering specifications. Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with quality procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

What's Needed?

Experience in a hands-on role, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or a related field. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools. 3-6 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
