CTG is seeking to fill a US Application Developer - IT Automation opening for our client in Frisco, TX. Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite Required) Duration: 5 months Duties: Design, develop, test, and implement automation, digital workforce solutions, data models, data transformation logic, and action flows. Leverage IT automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and IBM RNA. Support Day 1 onboarding of 5G applications (particularly Mavenir) onto Cloud platforms, preferably Red Hat OpenShift. Develop automation frameworks for Day 2 operations, including monitoring, issue detection, and resolution support. Apply AI/GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts to enhance automation processes. Ensure IT automation solutions align with operational requirements, including network connectivity and platform integration. Utilize IDCP (IBM Delivery Central Platform) and IBM Consulting Advantage platform along with method. Generate technical documentation and facilitate changes to support optimized service delivery. Skills: Strong proficiency in IT automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, IBM RNA). Experience with Cloud-native platforms, especially Red Hat OpenShift. Familiarity with Mavenir 5G applications and related Cloud onboarding processes. Knowledge of AI/GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP. Understanding of IT process modeling and automation design. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Day 2 operational support. Experience: Proven background in developing and deploying IT automation solutions. Hands-on experience with 5G application onboarding and operations. Experience working with enterprise IT platforms and automation frameworks. Exposure to IBM IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
