Salary: $25 / Hour Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Behavioral Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Therapists (RBTs) for the 2025–2026 school year within the Orange County Unified School Districts. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational development of students across Orange County! In this role, the Behavioral Therapist will: + Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions. + Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors. + Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork. + Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support. + Minimum 6 months of experience with ABA Therapy working with children, especially in Special Education settings + Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred + Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes + Availability at least 2–5 weekdays per week + Flexibility between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Here’s what we’re offering depending on experience and location: + Behavioral Therapist: $22–$24/hr. + Registered Behavioral Therapist : $25–$27/hr. + Flexible roles: full-time, part-time, or substitute work + Monday – Friday schedule – Holidays off! + Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k) for qualified employees + Awards and Recognition Programs + Weekly pay!!
