Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This role supports the office team with light administrative duties and helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced mechanical services environment.

ResponsibilitiesGreet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally and courteously.Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch.Perform light data entry and filing of service records and invoices.Support office staff with document preparation and supply ordering.Help maintain customer records and update contact information.Handle confidential information with discretion.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.Familiarity with mechanical services or dispatching is a plus.Experience in the service industry is helpful.Work Environment

The role is based in an office setting within a mechanical services company. Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility. The position may require light lifting of office supplies or packages, up to 20 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
