Job Title: Medical Assistant Job Description This role involves both clinical and administrative duties at a dynamic and expanding fertility clinic, where you will be an integral part of patient care and support. Responsibilities + Perform blood draws and phlebotomy tasks. + Check patients in and assist with rooming them. + Enter patient data accurately into Electronic Medical Records (EMR). + Coordinate with onsite providers to ensure seamless patient care. + Answer patient-related questions and provide exceptional customer service. Essential Skills + Proficiency in medical assisting and phlebotomy. + At least 6 months of experience in drawing blood. + Strong customer service skills and patient care experience. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing fertility clinic environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + No medical assistant diploma required. + Flexible attitude and adaptability in scheduling. + Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as the practice expands. Work Environment The clinic operates Monday through Friday with start times between 6:30 am and 8 am, offering 8-hour shifts. The practice is set to expand its hours to weekends and holidays within the next year. As a new satellite office, it aims to grow into a full center with a lab and surgery by 2027.
