**Summary:**
**Responsible for supporting the urgent care operation by:** obtaining accurate patient and client information; completing accurate and timely registrations; collecting and posting charges and payments; working in multiple systems simultaneously; answering patient and client questions; distributing information to patients and clients including medical record; performing other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Other information:**
Required - 6 months - Customer Service; Or - 6 months - Urgent Care; Or - 6 months - Medical Office.
**Required specific skills also includes:** may require travel to other sites depending on patient volume and clinic needs; Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
**Education:**
**Essential:**
* HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
**Education equivalent experience:**
**Essential:**
* Required - High School or Equivalent

**Shift Hours:** **Clinic Hrs M-F 8a-8p, S/S 9a-6p**
