Position Details:

Location: St. Petersburg, Florida - CarillonStatus: Full Time (non-exempt)Shift:  7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Days: Monday through Friday (occasional weekends)

 The Urgent Care Rep is responsible for:

Responsible for supporting the urgent care operation by obtaining accurate patient and client informationCompleting accurate and timely registrationsCollecting and posting charges and paymentsWorking in multiple systems simultaneouslyAnswering patient and client questionsDistributing information to patients and clients including medical recordPerforming other duties as assigned.

 Required Education:

High School or Equivalent

Experience:

Required 6 months of healthcareOr 6 months of Customer Service
