Certification in Business works would be a plus



Job Roles / Responsibilities:
* Analyze requirements, own /support the design, development,project management and implementation
* Document and review of high level/ detail level design, code, test plans
* Facilitate Design sessions and perform code reviews
* Own Unit testing and support system testing and scenario testing to ensure business functionality requirements are met
* Guide associates to create implementation plans and coordinate moving of the code to production
* Onsite/offshore coordination

Basic Qualifications:
* Overall 5+ yrs of experience 
* Experience in building web services & REST services using TIBCO platform

* Good Team Lead/Communication Skills

* Experience working with Agile methodology/framework
