As a Seasonal Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day-to-day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
*Seasonal employment is a maximum of 90 days.
Role Responsibilities Assist the Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned departments. Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.Maintain high-level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
