URBN is looking for an International Customs Compliance Coordinator to help support our global business. This role is responsible for supporting the operations of the International Customs Compliance Department, including but not limited to: reviewing export documentation for completeness & accuracy, assisting in product classification, and providing support to the team and other business partners as issues arise.
Role Responsibilities Monitoring and resolving daily export compliance issues for the URBN retail and wholesale businessData entry in Bamboo Rose (PO Management System)Develop classification knowledge in apparel, footwear, home, and beauty productAssistance with customs audits & investigations when requiredWeekly processing of truck shipments from our DC’s to fulfill our Canadian retail storesDocument review for exports to international wholesale customersProcessing of invoices for Accounts PayableAssisting with inquiries from our Canada Customs BrokerRun reports from Qlik and analyzing data Role Qualifications Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong communicator with a flexible and adaptable approach to new challenges Ability to work in a fast paced, everchanging landscapeOrganized with an eye for detail, who can prioritize and manage their own time and workload0-1+ years experience#LI-KD1
