Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting research and analysis to identify urban development needs and opportunities in MumbaiDeveloping comprehensive urban plans and strategies to address key challenges and maximize opportunitiesCollaborating with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standardsEngaging with local communities to gather input and feedback on proposed urban development projectsPreparing and presenting reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior managementMonitoring the progress of urban development projects and making adjustments as necessaryStaying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting urban planningEnsuring that all urban development projects align with Adani's sustainability goals and objectives

Education Qualification:

Master's in urban or Regional Planning or Housing. Bachelors in architecture

Experience:

Town Planning Scheme/ TOD Scheme or any other Planning area scheme. Good knowledge of Planning regulations and local planning norms and building bye-laws.

Excellence in AutoCAD, GIS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel based modeling, MS Office. Good knowledge of Sketchup Pro
