The Display Coordinator works closely with the Visual Coordinator and Store Manager to create an emotionally engaging store environment. By developing, fabricating and installing innovative 2D and 3D displays, you will reflect the customer’s appreciation for discovery, creativity, diversity, and authenticity. The role requires delivering creative yet commercially effective display solutions while managing a seasonal budget to ensure cost efficiency.

What You'll Be DoingDisplay
Interpret company direction to create artistic, visionary, and unique displays that drive sales.Utilize seasonal guides to adapt displays based on store location and customer profile while incorporating creative and cultural influences.Ensure exceptional craftsmanship across all window and in-store displays.Actively seek inspiration from external sources and bring a unique artistic perspective to the display concept.Team Development
Promote a "peers teaching peers" culture by sharing knowledge of current Design, Art and Cultural trends.Mentor and train store teams on display expectations, operational standards, and tool/material management.Identify and develop team members to support display projects and seasonal setups.Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements.Leadership and Communication
Attend daily meetings to share new ideas and updates from Head Office.Participate in weekly store walkthroughs to understand sales performance and customer feedback.Demonstrate integrity, fairness, and professionalism in daily interactions.Communicate new creative concepts to Head Office through detailed idea sheets and photo layouts.Collaborate with the Visual Coordinator and Store Manager to execute projects effectively and on schedule.
Environment Management
Efficiently use display materials, including recycled elements where possible.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and staff.Ensure all displays meet store safety standards.Keep workshops, signage areas, and fixtures well-organized.Operations
Support sales growth by creating displays that reflect the customer’s lifestyle and interests.Manage display budgets and accurately report expenses on time.Demonstrate a strong Loss Prevention and retail environment awareness to ensure all merchandise used for display purposes is properly handled and accounted for to minimize stock loss.Plan and execute projects without disrupting the customer experience. What You'll Need Strong craftsmanship skills, including painting, carpentry, and creating 3D work.Strong artistic background (fine arts, design, or architecture).Proficiency with power tools is an advantage.Ability to travel to other stores depending on the needs of the business.Portfolio submission is preferred (if applicable).Ability to translate creative concepts into functional display solutions.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
