Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on UPS Sales teams’ customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the UPS Sales Team in Electrification Business Area in Spain, supporting the sales team. In this role, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
Managing the preparation of technical, financial, and, if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions and INCOTERMS
Daily use the Salesforce tool to create opportunities, cases and reports

Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in Sales and Customers doing Quoatations and managing related tools
Demonstrable experience working in Administration or Management teams. Related Degree or Higher Education will be valuable
High experience in using SAP software and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). Other customer/managing related platforms could be valuable
You have at least 2 years of experience in preparing quotations for this market and managing different configuration tools working as Sales or Project Manager with Low Voltage Products and Digitalization
Intermediate level of English
