Job Description:
The UPS Digital Executive Support Assistant supports Senior Level Leadership and helps them work more effectively by managing schedules, projects, and communications. This highly visible role gives you direct exposure to senior leadership, offering hands-on learning and development opportunities while supporting initiatives that drive the organization forward.
You’ll manage calendars, emails, travel, and meeting logistics while also supporting strategic projects, company-wide events, and communications that impact the entire business. This is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite Monday–Thursday; remote Friday). Relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the UPS Capital/Digital President and senior leadership team: manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reports with precision and discretion.Act as a key liaison for senior leadership, working closely with leaders across the organization to align priorities and meet critical deadlines.Coordinate and support high-visibility events: Town Halls, Fireside Chats, Director’s Calls, conferences, and employee engagement activities, ensuring all logistics and communications are handled flawlessly.Prepare agendas, create polished presentations and internal communications, and support company-wide updates that keep employees informed and engaged.Collaborate with the strategy team on key initiatives, including research, competitor monitoring, and cross-functional projects that impact business growth.Partner with facilities and AV teams to ensure events and meetings are well-executed and professional.Take a proactive role in improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting a positive, connected employee experience.Required
