Job Description

Are you an experienced Upholsterer with a strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship? Join our team and help create high-quality task seating, sofas, and loveseats using fabric, leather, or vinyl materials.

\t📅 Monday to Friday

\t🕖 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

\t💵 Payrate: $16–$19/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:Upholster seating products using fabric, leather, and vinyl according to design specifications.Read and follow work order instructions accurately.Use power tools and hand tools for upholstery work.Maintain production efficiency of 90% or higher on at least 25% of assigned styles.Consistently follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in upholstery is preferred.Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.Comfortable using upholstery tools and equipment.Ability to lift and carry 50–70 lbs as needed.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:Regular standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, and repetitive hand/arm use.Must occasionally lift/move up to 70 lbs.Strong vision abilities required, including depth perception and color recognition.Loud work environment; occasional exposure to airborne particles.Required PPE: safety glasses and steel toe shoes; gloves and ear plugs provided if needed.
