Up-and-Coming Account Manager Wanted – Join L& L Candle in Brea!
Are you a local talent with a background in operations and a passion for consumer goods? Client is looking for a motivated Account Manager ready to grow within our dynamic team!
Account Manager Duties:
+ Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients
+ Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (sales, operations, production)
+ Coordinate with supply chain and production to ensure timely delivery of products
+ Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs proactively
+ Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
+ Assist in onboarding new accounts and support their integration into company processes
+ Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction
+ Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns relevant to accounts
+ Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
+ Support internal teams with forecasting and demand planning
+ Participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to align on goals and expectations
+ Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ 1-5 years experience in operations or related roles
+ Ideally a degree holder
+ Experience in consumer goods, tabletop, home goods, or similar industries
+ Local to Brea or nearby – we want someone ready to make an impact right here!
+ A self-starter eager to grow and take on more responsibility
