For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com . **Overview** The position of Folder Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and light maintenance of the high-speed folder. **Responsibilities** + Complete set-up of high-speed fan-folder such as gear changes, timing adjustments, spiral adjustments, etc. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine operating problems. + Operation of the folder at peak efficiency in order to achieve maximum up-time in line with established production flow. + Complete production up-time sheet on a per shift basis. **Qualifications** Follow all policies such as Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Information Security, Environmental Compliance, etc **Education Required** (high school, college degree, training, or certifications requirements) High school diploma or equivalent experience **Experience Required** (years of experience, specific industry or previous job experience requirements) Experience in manufacturing, printing or related field **Skills Required** (software, technical, industry, equipment, lifting, and physical requirements) + Experience in machine operation from printing, packaging, or related field + General knowledge of machinery maintenance + Basic hand tool use + Understanding of machine safety and lockout tagout procedures + Capable of guiding and directing team members + Good communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Education, Experience or Skills** (preferred degree(s), software, experience, equipment, etc) Knowledge of press or printing operations preferred **Keys to Success** • Building collaborative relationships • Decision making • Drive results • Foster innovation • Personal energy • Self-leadership \#LI-MS1 At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $21.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
