We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Business Development Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our sales team's performance and drive growth among unmanaged Amazon sellers.
Key job responsibilities
Design and implement data-driven prioritization frameworks to optimize sales team activities and resource allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
Analyze seller behavior patterns and develop comprehensive strategies to increase adoption of key success drivers across unmanaged seller segments.
Create and maintain an efficient lead generation and distribution system to maximize conversion rates and seller acquisition.
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing seller engagement and platform adoption among unmanaged sellers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers for unmanaged sellers.
Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues in the unmanaged seller segment, and develop strategies to address them.
Present findings, strategies, and results to leadership, demonstrating the impact of initiatives on key business metrics.
