What you'll be doing
\tEnsuring IT infrastructure and systems remain operational by identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents\tLeading operations engineers and managing service improvement initiatives\tAdministering Unix servers and third-party applications\tManaging day-to-day infrastructure operations\tMonitoring, testing, and reporting on infrastructure availability\tHandling documentation and change management\tProviding on-call support\tLeading technical projects and mentoring team members\tIdentifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues\tDriving service improvement initiatives and DR/BCP testing\tPrioritizing, escalating, and coordinating activities within the organization\tOptimizing service delivery processes and tools
What you'll bring along
\tBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field would be nice to have\tMinimum 5-10 years of Unix/Linux infrastructure experience\tStrong system administration knowledge (e.g., LVM, process management, resource handling)\tAutomation skills (e.g., Python, Ansible, Bash, Perl)\tProficiency in protocols like HTTP, DNS, NTP, SMTP and the network OSI model\tExperience with tools like GIT/GitLab, Jenkins, RedHat Satellite, Kickstart\tKnowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios/Icinga2\tExpertise in cluster-based setups and VMware\tFamiliarity with configuration management tools (e.g., CFEngine, Ansible)\tAbility to learn new technologies quickly and independently\tStrong communication skills, process-oriented mindset, and attention to detail\tProven leadership skills and service-oriented attitude\tAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural environment\tExcellent command of both spoken and written English Document .style{ width:930px;padding:15px;}.font-text{ font-family: customfaa3f6eee6874329a13ae; font-size: 16px; font-type:ttf; font-style: Medium;}
