The University Recruitment Advisor is responsible for building and growing ATI’s university talent pipeline, to set a strong foundation for sustainable growth for the company. This position implements strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality, diverse clinicians from universities that both support local talent needs as well as those that can supply strategic markets across ATI’s clinical service footprint.
This position has a travel requirement of up to 50%.
We are seeking candidates with primary residence in AZ, CA, CO, NV, OR, or WA.
Minimum Experience Required:
• 2 years of University/Campus recruitment and/or sourcing
• 1+ years of working in an ATS
Licenses and Certifications Required:
• PT, PTA, OT, or ATC
Responsibilities Coordinate and execute campus events and recruitment efforts to build the talent pipeline, under the direction of the Director of University RecruitmentManage university recruitment activities including but not limited to event solicitation/creation, registration, candidate tracking and event recapServe as the primary point of contact for students and educational institutions regarding university eventsEngage and partner with targeted schools and programs, including representing ATI at recruitment eventsTrack and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven campus recruiting related decisionsServes as a "Brand Ambassador" to build the ATI brandMaintain up-to-date knowledge on campus recruiting goals and strategy including roles, number of openings, class starts, locations, and hiring teamsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key universities, faculty, administration, and student organizationsContribute ideas to enhance or improve the success of university relations and the recruitment processSupport full cycle recruiting and candidate management including sourcing, screening, interview collaboration and hand off with the broader Talent Acquisition team and hiring managersConsistently maintain and update Talent Pools/ATS with a high level of accuracySupport ATI’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy by actively sourcing diverse talent and increasing the diversity of the candidate poolAct as liaison between marketing and the Talent Acquisition team for materials, creative assets and supplies that will be used during events the duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands. Minimum Education
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred:
• Human Resources, Marketing, or Healthcare related field
Minimum Experience
Required:
• 2 years of University/Campus recruitment and/or sourcing
• 1+ years of working in an ATS
