**41511BR** **Extended Job Title:** University Life Coach **Position Description:** Contributes to the advancement of institutional student success through University life coaching. Exemplifies the expectations of the univeristy. Performs complex personal life coaching, resource identification and referral, professional development, and other training with individuals and programs. Performance is based on individual effectiveness as well as overall program results obtained. The University Life Coaching position is restricted to use within the department of University Coaching and Student Achievement. **Requisition ID:** 41511BR **Travel Required:** Up to 25% **Major/Essential Functions:** **Life Coaching (70%)** Provide Life Coaching to students as defined by the International Coaching Federation and the department. Actively contribute and participate in coaching development meetings, tasks, and processes. **Develop & Represent (15%)** Actively and willingly collaborate with campus partners to meet student needs. Refer as appropriate to other departments and student services. Create, develop, and facilitate presentations offered by the program to campus stakeholders. Assume role of presenter as requested/assigned. Participate in department and campus meetings/trainings/professional development opportunities. **Productivity & Improvement (10%)** Achieve 100 base hours of coaching experience and earn an Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation. Actively participate in department and campus meetings. This may include representing the organization on committees, associations, etc. Professionally document appointment summary notes and other communications as specified by institutional and departmental policies in timely and efficient manner. Be familiar with systems like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Adobe, & Canvas. As assigned, participate in relevant stakeholder meetings. **Analyze & Report (5%)** Provide weekly check-ins on student progress and coaching load. Report progress of the deployment of outreach campaigns and coaching initiatives.
