YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Wholesale Process:
Coordinate the OMS process, including the orders allocation per POS in the system
Submit orders in the system for automatic release when credit lines are available
Follow up on importation processes to determine and communicate to dealers product availability during the month
Work closely to the Commercial Team (RCM and DSMs) in order to maximize sales results
Follow up the entire process flow from order placed to product transportation, including credit release, invoicing process and freight arrangements to maximize sales results at each month closing
Controls:
Inventory control spreadsheets
Other reports related to the orders / wholesales for the month
Analysis, Reports and Issues:
Coordinate the price registration process for new MY SKUs with other areas
Apply manual discounts to orders during wholesale promos
Send the Commercial Policy and Price Lists to the network on a monthly basis
Issues technical information to Navy for each PWC registration
Registration and document management of new suppliers in SAP
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Education, Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economy, Foreign Trade)
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint and SAP
Basic / Intermediate English is desirable
