Unit Support Coordinator - Operating Room
Job Summary Provides guests information and supports the efforts of the unit staff. Performs designated duties under the supervision of a professional nurse in addition to handling clerical and specific administrative tasks for the nursing unit. Assembles patient records. Answers phones and patient calls. Orders and ensures delivery of supplies. Responsible for timekeeping via Kronos. Welcomes new patients and families to the unit (handles orientation to patient / family areas of the unit). Answers call lights.
