Work location: Texas Health Frisco, 12400 N Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75033
Work hours: Full Time Days (0600-1230) Monday - Friday for 30 hours per week.
Surgery Ambulatory Department highlights:
+ Self-scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth,
+ Fast-Paced, high-volume department averaging 40-50 patients/day
+ Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
+ Close collaboration with unit Charge nurse, as well as other departments, including OR, Cath lab, GI lab
Here's What You Need
+ H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
+ Outpatient/Hospital setting experience helpful
+ Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment, positive interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Do
ORGANIZATIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
+ Performs all tasks to meet the needs of physicians, staff, patient, and other customers
+ Demonstrates acceptable organizational skills
+ Communicates effectively
+ Interactions include consideration for patient population specific needs
+ Takes action to reduce/eliminate patient risks
