Job Description:
Key Responsibilities & Duties:System Support & Monitoring: Monitor and maintain voice and video infrastructure, including call managers, gateways, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Handle escalated UC-related issues from Level 1 teams and resolve user complaints, outages, and performance degradation issues in a timely manner.Configuration & Administration: Manage user provisioning, dial plans, call routing, voicemail, and conferencing settings. Apply approved changes through standard change management procedures.Collaboration & Integration: Support integration between UC platforms and other systems (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, SIP trunks). Work with network and security teams to ensure end-to-end service quality.Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and architectural diagrams.Preventive Maintenance: Execute health checks and system updates, including firmware, patches, and upgrades, to ensure compliance and minimize vulnerabilities.User Support & Training: Assist end-users with UC tools, features, and best practices. Provide training materials or knowledge base content where needed.Skills & Qualifications:Experience with enterprise UC systems (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, IPFX, etc.).At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
