We’re hiring a Unified Collaboration & Communication Engineering SME to lead the design and support of enterprise communication and collaboration platforms. This role focuses on Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MDM tools like Intune and JAMF.

You’ll ensure users stay connected, data remains secure, and systems run smoothly across global teams.

 

The Role:

Design and implement a modern collaboration strategy (M365, Teams, Exchange, VOIP). Manage email security, encryption, DLP, and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.). Deploy and support Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, and VOIP systems. Oversee SharePoint and OneDrive governance, access control, and data protection. Implement and manage mobile device security using Intune and JAMF. Lead incident response for collaboration and communication tools. Optimize performance, costs, and licensing across M365 tools. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to align tools with business goals.

 

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 10+ years in IT collaboration and messaging Minimum of 5+ years with M365, Teams Voice, Exchange, and SharePoint Strong experience with Intune, JAMF, and Apple device security Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) PowerShell, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel VOIP technologies, SIP, Direct Routing MacOS and mobile device management frameworks Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Nice to have: Microsoft 365 Certified, JAMF/ACSP, ITIL, or CISSP
