The role encompasses the following activities:
Coordinate the downstream processing of clinical trials business and manage the end-to-end process, including completion of data in different systems and other hand-off sheets, demonstrating attention to detail and operational excellence.
Field direct queries from brokers or clients on their clinical trials programs, utilizing active listening and customer service support skills to ensure effective communication and resolution.
Aid underwriters in completing the Clinical Trials underwriting process and maintaining an accurate policy record, applying records management skills.
Assist underwriters in tracking Drug or Device accumulations, using data analysis to provide insights and findings.
Act as a knowledge resource point on clinical trials for underwriters, providing business partnership & consulting by offering underwriting, regulatory, and compliance information, and advice on program structure.
Ensure that CHUBB’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Multinational Clinical Trial Programs, measuring service delivery effectiveness.
Liaise with Affiliates where necessary to ensure issuance of documents, utilizing influencing skills and rapport to achieve better than standard turnarounds.
Work with the Shared Service Centre to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programs are carried out in time and to a high level of quality, demonstrating time management and multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Coordinate closely with Credit Control to ensure payments occur on the non-regular payment structure, ensuring operational excellence.
Drive the development of more efficient processes, applying big data planning to accelerate innovation and efficiencies.
Support Underwriting by solving IT issues and liaising with the Helpdesk, employing troubleshooting skills to resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Clinical Trial programs to meet agreed service standards and corporate guidelines, ensuring operational excellence.
Guide and support the Shared Service Centre in account handling activities, leveraging customer knowledge and consulting skills.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, and Chubb Offices, acting as a trusted advisor.
Adhere to CHUBB ethical and service standards, contributing to ongoing projects for process improvement.
Provide support for multinational insurance tasks and adapt to incidental work requirements outside day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
Advanced level in English (C1) and French is a must.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or insurance is desirable.
Any other European Language would be an advantage.
Experience in servicing multinational insurance programs is an advantage.
Working experience in Casualty Insurance is an advantage.
Experience in highly service-driven roles in the insurance industry, with the ability to manage workloads, prioritize, and be solution-minded.
Practice of underwriting process and reinsurance process is an advantage.
