Perform client underwriting reviews, including cat and non-cat risk exposure analysis and chairing/co-chairing of client meetings for assigned accounts Preparation of quotes, binders and policy documentation, including analysis and drafting of contract language for followed policy forms Liaison with brokers to negotiate premiums, terms & conditions of coverage and to market Chubb Bermuda products & capabilities Completion and maintenance of all rating tools and required external & internal audit compliance documents for underwriting files Liaison with appropriate internal departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of underwriting and accounting risk information Assisting with the recovery of premium receivables for your assigned accounts Assisting with special projects as required. Minimum three years underwriting experience Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate terms effectively Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving/decision making abilities Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and a professional insurance designation (e.g. CPCU, ACII) Demonstrated knowledge of industry accepted policy forms Demonstrated effectiveness in chairing client meetings and excellent presentation skills Strong knowledge and understanding of industry classes being underwritten
